Entity layer, not the claim layer — 22 districts with
their real adjacency, 8 metro lines, the six interpretive layers and the six discourse anchors, and the contested claims as their own
nodes. Neighbourhoods and sites are counted in their district (open a district for the list).
Layer–anchor edges are the relational core: a layer engages an anchor when governed claims read
through it turn on that anchor (thicker = more claims; dashed = thin, under 3 claims or one source).
Orange dashed edges are literature gaps: no claim yet, but research on Tehran exists there
(see triage/GAP_REPORT.md). Cells with neither are non-positions and are not drawn.
A contested claim links to its place, its layer, its anchors and the claim it contradicts. Dashed edges are unverified — every metro
district-coverage edge is dashed, because that mapping was never sourced. Drag a node to pin it, double-click the canvas to release every pin;
click for detail; scroll to zoom. The layout settles and stops.
